About Caroline Neale-Allenger

Having lived in the Cayman Islands for almost 40 years, Caroline has the advantage of having seen the islands’ development in the local real estate market over the decades which has also provided her with a great understanding of our islands’ culture and lifestyle.

With a solid and extensive background in a variety of customer service roles, but notably within Office Management and Administration, and having run a Long-Term Residential Rentals and Property Management company for over a decade, it was a natural progression for Caroline to step into the role of a MOD Real Estate Agent.

Caroline is passionate about building relationships and helping clients from all walks of life.  She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers and tenants to seasoned investors.  She prides herself on providing exceptional, personalized customer service and support, and understands that every client has unique needs and goals; she strives to ensure that her clients’ needs are met. Her work ethic, integrity, and enthusiastic drive to provide the best for her clients will ensure you will sell your property to gain financial freedom or to move up to the next property level, or find your forever home in which to make memories, find the perfect investment property for your portfolio, or even your comfortable ‘just for now’ rental.

When she is not at work, you will find Caroline at the theatre, either on the stage, in front of it, directing, painting something, or in the wardrobe.
